We want you to be happy with ReadRom. If you have an issue with a payment or your subscription, we'll do our best to make it right.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first subscription payment, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@readrom.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Renewals
Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable once charged, as access to the full library is provided immediately. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
Technical issues
If a technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing content you paid for, contact us and we'll investigate. Valid cases will be refunded or credited at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email hello@readrom.com with your registered email address and a brief description of the issue. We process refund requests within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay.
